As part of the Proposal Center of Excellence team, I support Microsoft’s Account Teams by managing projects for both government and commercial sectors. I create graphics for RFPs, RFIs, and presentations using PowerPoint, and design customized covers and graphics for Word documents, ensuring accessibility compliance. I also coordinate with internal clients and lead design efforts for our Viva Engage community.

I have successfully coordinated the creation of both digital and printed designs for a diverse range of companies across various industries. In this role, I have leveraged my experience as a graphic designer, project manager, and marketing strategist to deliver high-quality and impactful design solutions. I managed the reception of requests through a ticketing system to ensure that all promotions executed by the advertising department met the required standards and specifications.

As a graphic designer, I created print and digital materials for various brands within the company, adhering to brand guidelines for clients such as Budget Car Rentals, Zipcar, and CeroStress. Additionally, I designed corporate materials for Centriz, ensuring consistency and high-quality visuals across all projects.

I was responsible for client communication, coordinating design creation with the design team, and overseeing the delivery of final proposals and printed materials. Additionally, I managed the approval of quotations, ensuring all client requirements were met with precision and efficiency.

As a graphic designer, I provided exceptional customer service and coordinated with various printing departments to ensure the successful completion of projects. I supervised a team of four designers and managed quotations. My design expertise spanned large print formats, sublimation, laser cutting and engraving, and lithography.

I was responsible for designing blueprints for air conditioning ducts, gas and hot water pipes, and overseeing the production process for various duct shapes.
