As manager Learning & Development, I am responsible for the overall development, coordination, and administration of training and development programs within the organization. My goal is to create and support a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. I work closely with everyone in the company to identify training needs, develop effective training strategies, and measure the success of training initiatives. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, develop and manage the training budget and coordinate with external training providers, are also part of my role at Var.As project manager I focus on projects regarding HR contingency matters, organization matters and people prosperity.I am also 'vertrouwenspersoon' inside the organization.

As a project managers & third party resellers manager, I act as the contact person/liaison officer for VRT, Var and Ads & Data, regarding all digital business. I convey & receive information from the different stakeholders.The main objectives of this part of my job are to ensure a continuous relation management, follow up on KPI realization for all parties, solve problems & direct questions to the relevant persons and propose & develop business & digital innovations. At Var, I organize digital trainings, follow up on Spotify KPI’s, encourage the sales teams for Spotify & digital commercial activities, share digital development information with my colleagues and propose digital innovations regarding our business. I am also 'vertrouwenspersoon' inside the organization.As Learning & Development advisor I help my colleagues to thrive through relevant learning moments.
