Vendor Portal Administration - Manage the vendor resource posting and statement of work coordination process for the Information Services division. Work within the contract administration team, with IS management, and the respective vendor sales representatives to acquire and engage resources. Manage the review and selection process related to new consulting vendors engaged within IS. Vendor Contract/Relationship Management - Review the terms of executed vendor contract agreements in order to engage resources for organization initiatives requiring staff augmentation. Engage the appropriate IS operations staff to initiate division on boarding procedures. Database Maintenance - Pull reporting from Lawson LBI for analysis on requisitions entered. Extract data from vendor systems to create data reports used internally for auditing statements of work. Reporting - Develop, prepare and distribute standardized and 'ad hoc' reports for internal and external department use on a monthly and as requested basis. Budget Planning - Participate in annual budget planning preparation, tracking and reporting as related to vendor pricing and requisitioning. Donation Management - Serves as the IS contact for donation requests received from within the organization for various equipment needs. Serves as coordination point for the entire process from request to delivery in accordance with IU Health policy. Cost Study Analysis - Assist in the accumulation of statistical data. Participate in feasibility studies as requested. Request for Proposal Coordination - Review and coordinate requested RFPs for various vendors as directed by the Manager responsible for the contracts and procurement functions for the IS division.
