As Systems Support Administrator, I provided admin and IT support to salon staff, training on new software, stock control, stationery and also gained 1 years experience in the Finance department, where I was responsible for Purchase Ledger, petty cash, processing payments and end of month reconciliation using Sage Line 100 softwareI also achieved D32/D33 status so was responsible for assessing staff and new apprentices to NVQ Customer Service Level 2.

Began here when company was a Training and Enterprise Council, started as a YTS apprentice, providing administrative support to a busy contracts team. I later moved into an IT support capacity, advising and training suppliers on new IT systems, as well as help desk support for general enquiries.In 1999, I worked with the Training Team as a Contracts Manager, responsible for 4 Training Suppliers, looking after contract capability, performance monitoring, assisting suppliers with quality inspections and where required, assist the finance team with processing of end of month training claims.
