Manage the imaging, collateral, signage and advertising campaigns for a portfolio of over 50 properties. I am also managing the transition of all properties to a new market survey and market research for existing and pre-acquisition properties.

 Reduced confusion on job tasks by writing accurate job description, creating daily checklist for activities and writing Standard Operating Procedure for position where none existed previously. Increased efficiency in this position and throughout the Atlanta office by condensing routes, creating efficiency check-points and communicating changes effectively to all affected parties. Accomplished a reduction of 2 labor hours per day through stream-lining processes.

 Working directly for the owners of a concert venue handling booking artists, rider fulfillment, ticket sales, marketing, sales, public relations, daily cash settlements, bookkeeping, bar inventory, merchandise inventory and management as well as Mistress of Ceremonies duties and any other duty not covered by other workers. Venue closed shortly after opening due to lack of capital funding on part of the owners.

 Responsible for: ensuring regulatory compliance of the radio station; writing, recording, editing, rendering and scheduling rotation of advertisers’ spots; scheduling coverage of and/or working Board Operator shifts; training new Board Operators; producing several shows; writing and ensuring internal compliance with Policy Manual; produce and host a daily show and once weekly show; sales and marketing duties and build and maintain all social media for the station. The Madness Hostess – Daily music show with focus on indie and local/unsigned artists specifically in the contemporary genre with a lean toward heavier rock. Established a significant fan base and respect amongst many local bands for promoting their bands and shows as a service of the show and improved the Internet listener base of the station through this show. Getting Back to Business – Marketing Edition – Weekly talk show teaching people new techniques to advance their marketing especially in the digital arena.
