After four years of partnership with EPIC, I now lead our employer services function. We are the premiere organization across the country providing unbiased advisory support to help employers identify, define, and develop solutions that meet the child care needs of their employees.In many cases, given the existing child care supply challenges in most parts of the U.S., this includes on- or near- site child care center development; though we support a breadth innovative solutions that meet employer and employee needs.

I support organizations with projects including strategic advisory support, strategic planning, and detailed project management and implementation. I love projects infused with a little bit of everything. Strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, session facilitation, brainstorming and design, project plan development, annual planning and more are all in my wheelhouse. My expertise is rooted in experience as an executive at social impact organizations and as a consultant, well-equipped by Bain & Company and with many years of experience and pattern recognition as a consultant with Bellwether, providing consulting services to education organizations.Some of my clients have included:- Executives Partnering to Invest in Children: I've partnered with EPIC to support more than 25 organizations to explore the opportunity to develop employer-based child care centers including strategic alignment, site feasibility, financial modeling, and RFP development.- Efshar Project: Coordinated a set of initiatives and supported strategic planning for the role of the center in a collaborative network of 12 ECE programs- Clayton Early Learning: Facilitated the development of a strategic roadmap, managed COVID response, and served in an interim COO role- Watershed Advisors: Developed a performance management system- Public Charter Schools of New Mexico: Served as strategic advisor and facilitated board retreat to develop strategic plan- Schmidt Futures: Facilitated development of theory of change and path forward for a new Fellowship program

We served as advisors and partners to advance the goals of our clients - through strategy development, whether it be growth strategy, business plan development, or specific product line strategy. Led an innovative single-site charter school through its final year of operation. • Stepped in from the board to lead organization through founder transition and merger exploration process.• Shepherded the organization through low enrollment, layoffs, merger falling through, and made recommendation to board to close the school due to challenges with long-term financial outlook.• Led all wind-down efforts for the organization including communications, family/scholar transitions, staff transition support, real estate default, district relationship management, financial management, and vendor and inventory close-out.

Established Aspire's development and communications functions in addition to supporting overall CEO and management team effectiveness in serving 12,000 underserved students throughout California in 34 Aspire schools. I couldn't be prouder to have worked at Aspire.

Coordinated all of the activities from concept stage to the opening of a new school. Real estate and facilities development, our capital campaign and facilities financing, as well as strategic planning were all critical elements of my job.

Helped to create a district office cultural transformation plan with the superintendent through the Education Pioneers program. I assessed the customer service orientation of each of the district office's departments and kicked off a process to improve service levels.

Developed this new role for Education for Change schools. Worked day-to-day within an elementary school collaboratively with principal and home office staff, principally overseeing foodservice, facilities, and before and after school programs.

Oversaw selected financial and operational pieces of a startup charter school management organization focused on turnaround elementary schools.
