As Finance Advisor to the Board, I acted as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing guidance on the development and implementation of strategic plans with an emphasis on financial and operational risk management. I optimized business processes to save time and reduce costs by analyzing transnational data to visualize how workflows were executed in practice. Mapped each step and deviation to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, uncovering excess costs and providing targeted recommendations to enhance speed, efficiency, and reliability.
