I built and led a multi-disciplinary team of qual and quant researchers for Facebook Watch. I scaled research to support discovery and player experiences, growth and international teams, and emerging interfaces. In addition to driving research strategy, I also helped lead product strategy, bringing Watch to where it is today: 1.25 billion visits a month and more than 50% of time spent on FB App.

Lead UX Research on Facebook app's flagship video product, Watch. I drove insights across mobile and TV and helped take Watch from an experimental stage to a global video platform.

Lead UX research on Local Discovery products, aimed at helping people connect with local businesses on Facebook. Specifically focused on driving end-to-end research on a new Recommendations product.

At Google, my research on three products areas: Gmail, DoubleClick For Advertisers, and Android Ads. On Gmail I conducted formative research on communication patterns and evaluated major design changes to the Gmail interface. On DoubleClick, I primarily drove research on the planning and inventory discovery process of agencies and advertisers. On Android Ads team I led research on improving the consumer experience of mobile in-app ads.
