Monitors staffing needs and ensures that adequate resources are available to meet production schedules. Initiates the hiring process and participates and supports the team based hiring process. Interviews and hires candidates when appropriate. Supports and ensures compliance to HR policies, applying discretion to meet the needs of individual situations. Develops the department budget, manages, and monitors the budget on an ongoing basis. Reviews and ensures that current ISO procedures are being followed and updates are documented and current. Recommends and/or approves change to processes.
