I have led sales, marketing, and operations for luxury wineries, achieving revenue acceleration through customer experience and brand refinement, product portfolio recalibration, and demand generation. I have garnered investments in multi-million-dollar capital projects and led their development. I have partnered with winemakers in production planning and vineyard sourcing in alignment with long-term strategic plans that I’ve thoughtfully developed to be both ambitious and realistic. I have built top-talent teams who consistently outperform industry benchmarks and who genuinely enjoy the challenge of it all. I love inspiring teammates to level-up and transforming the workplace through culture enhancement. I’m proud to have left every company, team, and P&L tremendously better than I found them and positioned with operational stability and a path for continued growth. AT HOMEMy most life-changing and important role is that of Mama, a title bestowed upon me in 2019. There is no greater honor, privilege, and responsibility! Motherhood has undoubtedly made me better in my career, and vice versa, though juggling the demands of both roles is not easy and requires work-life integration. Some days I'm thriving, some days I'm surviving, but I find energy and fulfillment in riding the rollercoaster. When I can carve out 24 hours of downtime, you will find me traveling with my husband to the Mendocino coast and enjoying some of my favorite Pinot Noir and sparkling wines along the way. 🍷🥂
