• Craft comprehensive and efficient media plans that align with client objectives and budget • Analyse demographics, psychographics and consumer behaviour to identify and effectively reach the target audience • Negotiate budget allocation with media partners to maximise ROI • Daily monitoring of live campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimise results • Report on and present the performance of delivered campaigns, establishing actionable insights• Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of all assets • Collaborate and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including direct client engagement and media partners

• Assist in the implementation and execution of media plans • Organise and prepare assets for distribution across multiple channels (FTV/OLV, radio, print, out of home and digital), ensuring instructions are accurate and meet platform specifications • Use analytic tools to support the Media Planner in gathering data on campaign or medium performance to assist in the preparation of evaluations• Tracking of approved media spend whilst managing campaign adjustments to ensure it stays within the allocated budget • Accurate reconciliation and invoicing of accounts
