Conducted primary interviews with experts and stakeholders across the sectors of energy, water, food, and mobility to identify themes and challenges in public sector services integration. Co-developed a recommendation package for engineering faculty looking to conduct public sector-focused research by identifying key stakeholder relationships, design principles, and a workshop proposal with a multidisciplinary team of five.

MiracleFeet is working to end the disability of clubfoot globally, which currently affects 1 in every 800 children, predominately in middle to lower-income countries. MiracleFeet received a $1 million grant from Google.org to develop digital tools to increase the global capacity to treat clubfoot. I managed all tool development related to this grant, including CAST, a mobile app built on Dimagi's CommCare platform to streamline patient data collection and an e-learning curriculum built on the OpenPediatrics platform for training new providers. CAST has been piloted in 14 clinics in India, 3 clinics in Madagascar, and 3 clinics in the Republic of Congo and is currently being rolled out to MiracleFeet's 200+ clinics. The elearning modules will include animated videos and a 3D digital foot model and are expected to be ready to use to complement in-person training of new providers in Summer 2019.

Zocdoc is the beginning of a better healthcare experience for millions of patients every month. It is a digital health marketplace that unites patients and doctors. Drove sales and operational success across the company by designing Salesforce solutions built on the Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.

I provided strategic consulting for health care providers, including supporting the launch of Vantage, a web-based tool that uses Medicare data to help clients better understand their local markets.-Trained non-technical Vantage users on building data queries. -Developed Excel templates for market and patient flow analyses with Vantage data.-Continuously monitored and assessed trends in US health policy; communicated business implications in reports and presentations for nursing home administrators.

I co-wrote two outward-facing white papers on best practices in the use of health information technology in new health reform programs, including recruiting and surveying top healthcare executives and clinicians for our research.

I consulted Techbridge on building out its fundraising infrastructure. Techbridge is a non-profit with the mission to inspire girls to discover a passion for technology, science and engineering through hands-on learning.
