Ownership of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems across the bank, supporting both custom applications and vendor products including IBM FileNet, OpenText Process360, Hyland OnBase, and IBM Content Manager OnDemand. Managed 8-12 developers and engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment supporting document ingestion, workflow, search, and retrieval for 12+ lines of business. Managed full SDLC including analysis, software development, QA, and ongoing support. Also responsible for a team of developers supporting a custom-developed, full-featured Commercial Loan system providing for loan origination and maintenance in a highly customizable environment. This transition included migrating eight different implementations across six geographic sites, with a total of 150 servers and 3,000 workstations● Led the design and development of an extensible workflow/case management application deployed on 2,000 desktops. ● Architect and lead developer of Java-based web application utilizing IBM’s WebSphere Application Server for providing single-point access to documents stored in a series of legacy repositories. ● Architect and lead developer of an ASP-based web application for accessing image data stored in an Eastman Software Imaging for NT repository
