I am professionally educated in Business Economics at Maastricht University and with over 20 years’ experience within the Automotive Retailing business with positions of responsibility within the area of Strategy, Account management and Operations at a leading Automotive Business Management Consulting Firm. My area of focus over the 20 years has been helping clients (dealers and franchises) to monitor the health of their dealer networks through the use of well-designed Key Performance Indicators. During that time, I have developed strong skills in Business Development, Project Management and Team leadership combined with high level of flexibility and communication skills (working with different markets and regions).I have started within the Benelux office as account manager and have managed the expansion of ASE into other EU markets and global regions. Currently my responsibility for the implementation and the delivery of Business Management Services in multiple markets. Separately to this, I have P&L responsibility for the local market services in the Benelux as well as having the operational responsibility for all ASE Global oversees offices (Europe, Russia and China).Due to my wide range of responsibilities and experience, I am able to work with clients on a wide range of business management queries both on operational level as well as on strategic level. Combined this with my extensive experience with all of ASE’s global offices I also have a great understanding of local characteristics and are able to balance the local business management experience and knowledge against the global or regional franchise requirements
