Momenteel ben ik werkzaam bij Kruit & Kramer B.V. als Manager Back Office. Ik streef ernaar om alle afdelingen zo efficiënt mogelijk te laten functioneren en naadloos met elkaar te laten samenwerken. Verbeteren van werkprocessen of implementatie nieuwe (technische) ontwikkelingen. Hierbij maak ik verschillende analyses om na te gaan wat het effect is en/of waar verbetering nodig is. Daarnaast onderhoud ik de verschillende websites, dealerpagina's en webshops. Ben ik i.s.m. derden actief voor de online marketing en ondersteun ik de andere afdelingen.In augustus 2013 ben ik afgestudeerd aan de opleiding Small Business & Retail Management, waarna ik in oktober 2013 mijn diploma in ontvangst heb mogen nemen. Naast mijn werk bij de C1000 destijds was ik ook 1 dag werkzaam binnen Kruit & Kramer B.V. om de website en webshop te verbeteren en te onderhouden. Per 1 januari 2014 kwam ik fulltime in dienst bij Kruit & Kramer B.V.
