As the Head of Digital, I lead the team that creates online solutions for Metropolis. Metropolis has three brand pillars: brand, digital and media. Our ability to provide integrated services enables your company's marketing to be more consistent and more effective. For me, Metropolis is like a family – everybody works together, and everybody laughs together. It's a nice environment to work in. I have a technical background that spans from web development knowledge to content management systems and product applications. I started in digital 13 years ago, beginning as an IT Administrator and working my way up the ranks through IT Lead, Technical Project Manager, to where I am today, Head of Digital. The digital space is ever-evolving, so I learn something new every day, and I'm always on the lookout for the ‘new, new’ as we like to say here at Metropolis. I really enjoy teaching my clients and teaching my team about the new things I discover, and how we can use them to solve problems. My key strengths are my customer service and my knowledge of the industry. Digital hasn't been around as long as many other advertising mediums, so having experience of 13 years is a good skill set to have. In that time, I have worked with major names like Lexus and Samsung, and take my experiences from all of my digital campaigns into new client projects.
