I am passionate about leadership, teamwork and finding a balance between being people orientated and task-oriented while having fun doing both. I enjoy setting goals and achieving them with others. I treat others with respect and lead by example by doing all things with excellence. I have five years of work experience as a store manager specializing in; Production Planning, Day to Day Operations, Creating an environment for Employees to thrive, and Customer Services, in charge of planning and scheduling weekly rosters and Placement of stock orders.I am also a qualified and registered intermediate-senior phase (year 6-9) teacher, passionate about encouraging the next generations to rise up and become whom they were called to be!
