I consider myself a putzer – do a little gardening, lawn upkeep and get my hands dirty planting flowers and growing vegetables.Since 2005, I volunteer at a homeless shelter in Aurora IL. Along with a handful of other volunteers, we cook a hot breakfast for up to 200 homeless people. It’s my way of helping others who are unable to help themselves.▲ My work experience has taught me that business rewards those who work hard and think smart while penalizing those with excuses, lack a vision and have no plan.
