Establishing and maintaining contact with the community for the purpose of raising awareness about the dangers of second-hand smoke; empowering citizens to participate in the political process, attend city hall meetings, and contact their council members about smoking in restaurants and bars; creating and maintaining a database of supporters’ contact.
