Developing and supporting the implementation of the Monitoring and Evaluation system in Wildlife Management Areas, To develop system which captures all data in Wildlife Management Areas on a regular basis to measure achievement against the performance indicator, To document best practices, lessons learnt and success stories of the projects and share to partners for decision making, To conduct data quality with technical teams and implementing partners, Maintain and administer the Community Wildlife Management Consortium Areas Monitoring and Evaluation Database, To identify areas where technical support on Monitoring, data collection ,analysis and reporting are needed, Organize training and in house-couching on Monitoring and Evaluation system to team and partners, Assist in the development and finalization of the project Work plan and keep it updated in accordance with project activities and time frames as relevant for the Community Wildlife Management Areas Strategy, Support team in preparing quality project progress reporting and facilitate project midterm review and final evaluation, Supporting all surveys, To facilitate projects designs of new projects and participate in proposal and concept note development for project in the landscape, Data management and analysis by using various software like Advanced Excel and Power BI for data visualization ,ODK,SURVEY CTO,GIS,STATA and KIMETRICA ,Controlling resource utilization of the project through budget and plan, To develop Monitoring and Evaluation tools like Log frame and Result Matrix, To develop a system to capture all the information related to wildlife management.

 Documentation and Dissemination of key project outcomes through conducting outcome evaluation, global indicators monitoring, output monitoring, livable income measurement, COVID 19 impact assessment. Developed data Management system that indicates the role of staff at different levels and introduced digital technologies such as Survey CTO and Advance Excel on for Data Management. Developed project work plan of the project based in budget. Documentation of success stories, Lessons Learned and best practices which will help to measure the impact of the project. Support Country Program Manager on preparation/consolidation of quality periodic progress reports for submission to the donor and dissemination to local government authorities. Participated in Monitoring and Evaluation System set up of SNV for stakeholders. Capacity building to Program staff on result-based management, success stories documentation, reporting and the use of digital technologies on data management. Conducted routine capacity building to implementing partners, resource partners and other Project staff to understand their scope of work in relation to Project goal and Result Based Framework. Developing and supervising qualitative and Quantitative research. Managed a baseline survey and annual survey to Climate Smart Agriculture Project stakeholders in Mbeya, Singida, Mtwara, Rukwa, DodomaKatavi and Njombe regions. Participate in Gender mapping with SNV in Tanzania. Experience in working with farmers under value chain of Sorghum, Sunflower, Common Beans and Irish potatoes. Regularly review and update the project Performance Measurement Framework (PMF), Key performance indicators and database to ensure there are no gaps in data availability and quality for all project indicators. Controlling resource utilization of the project through budget and plan.

 Developed monitoring and evaluation system and tools for the East Africa Dairy Development Project (EADD II) and the School Milk Feeding Program (SMFP) Identified the most significant changes, and documented EADD II and SMFP’s best practices, lessons learned and success stories Set up the market system for Milk for establishing 32 Milk cooperatives in Southern highland. Capacity building to Program staff, Stakeholders on result-based management, success stories documentation, reporting and the use of digital technologies on data management. Competent in data collection, analysis and Interpretation using various software like SPSS, STATA, GIS, SURVEY CTO,and KIMETRICA. and ADVANCED EXCEL. Managed to supervise baseline, midterm and annual survey. Regularly review and update the project Performance Measurement Framework (PMF), Key performance indicators and database to ensure there are no gaps in data availability and quality for all project indicators. Report writing both monthly, quarterly and annually. Coordinated Project Annual Surveys for three consecutive years. Facilitated social capital development for dairy farmers in the Southern Highlands of Tanzania Experience of working with gender especially tracking their saving group through Savix for MIS Improved Project documentation and data management at different levels from EADD (East Africa Diary Development) country Office, Partners, Clusters, EADD Cooperatives and Self Help Groups. I have managed to support EADD cooperatives to establish robust monitoring and evaluation system to manage their regular operations. Conducted performance analysis on Monthly basis and provide recommendations for improvement in order to ensure that the Project is on track. Documentation and dissemination of most significant change stories with quality photos on Monthly basis.
