Client-side cost consulting and combined project management roles; involved in coordinating the whole project life-cycle, primarily focused on design management and procurement within Central London. The projects involved, managed and led ranged from £2-£150m.

Initially involved in managing and consulting the Client for the Phase 1 "Enabling Works and Demolition" packages at Ilona Rose House (£23m) located in Central London, Soho, working closely with the Commercial Director. Later I was involved in the procurement of Phase 2 "Shell and Core works" (£105m) and Phase 3 "Fit-out works" (£10m) of the project, also providing cost consulting advice to the Client and coordinating the consultants team.I was also concurrently engaged in procuring and managing my own projects ranging from (£500k to £17m), consulting the Clients on cost, value and contractual matters while chairing the coordination of the consultants and design teams.

Part of the 'Graduate Development Programme' at Laing O'Rourke, initially based at Intu Watford Extension (Shopping Centre) as a member of the commercial team managing various sub-contract packages valued from £400k to £10m.
