About Stephan Porter

Devoting my time and energy to my faith and family, but my Military family too helping them transition to their next season in life. I've chosen to not only prepare the individuals to transition through my volunteer efforts, but to change the landscape and lexicon of the Veteran and MilSpouse Support Organization network through the Military Community Chamber of Commerce (MC3). We will do this through driving true and humble collaboration, provision of support organizations partnering to help the Military Community, and programs to meet needs of the community. The military taught me many life lessons: • What made us the greatest Military is our teamwork • No one is greater than the team • Take care of your people always; help them grow • Mission First, Task/Purpose/End State • Take responsibility • Employ lifelong learning • Say what must be said with tact • hard right over the easy wrong • Honor is everything, only you can give your integrity away I will work continually to teach these to those I can and instill them into the organizations I volunteer with, work with, or am employed by!Serving the Greater Military Community (AD/Veterans/Guard/Reserves, Families of those groups, Gold Star, & Care Givers) on the #TransitionRoad…It’s ALL about creating positive change in the lives of those around you, & in doing so...the world!
