I am an experienced non-profit leader, global program director, and communications expert with a demonstrated commitment to equality, inclusion and protection for marginalized communities around the world. A globally oriented strategic thinker, connector and entrepreneur, I bring people and organizations together to achieve transformative change. Several years ago I united my commitment to improving the lives of the most vulnerable with my passion for global issues by launching a non-profit that supports global LGBTIQ advocates and building a new global department at a top LGBTIQ non-profit. Since then, I have launched and built the global initiatives of a major LGBTIQ non-profit; spoken extensively on LGBTIQ inclusion and acceptance around the world; and managed programs in Asia, Europe and Latin America, including extensive work in Brazil where I produced their largest-ever LGBTIQ D&I conference. I’ve worn many hats in my career – communications strategist, storyteller, event producer, marketer and program manager. Consequently, I’m skilled at managing multidisciplinary projects and am an adept problem-solver. I bring an entrepreneurial approach to my work, having pioneered new departments and projects, run my own successful business, launched an LGBTIQ non-profit and helped build a social enterprise in the Caribbean. I love connecting people, organizations and causes to make the world a more equitable and inclusive place.
