I believe that strong teams with committed and passionate people can add tremendous value to your business. In order to foster this, it needs trust, people-centric approaches, and a tailored (data-)strategy.I have been working in the tech-industry in various roles since many years. But I've always kept in mind that a solution which is purely tool-driven and tech-centered will not solve the core of the problem.This has already started while I was studying. In order to broaden my perspective, I added a strong focus on usability topics to my computer science diploma. Later, I worked as a software developer at SAP where I started building cloud software already in 2010. But again, I added a more user-centric approach to my field when I started to actively use Design Thinking as a methodology in software development processes.After 10 years I'm not only still, but more than ever genuinely convinced that Design Thinking helps to envision and build creative and innovative products and processes that ease the life of users.Today I, in addition, use Data Thinking, a combination of Design Thinking methods with Data Science knowledge, to help my customers build a modern data strategy based on a domain-driven approach.
