• Negotiation of tax ruling with the tax administration and completion of the Tax filings for one “Holding” company and one “mixed Holding” company;

• Participate to the monthly and quarterly closing of the consolidated balance sheet & P&L, and review the figures with the group Internal and external auditors.
• Provide support to Asian, European and Mexican affiliates for sales, accounts receivables and inter-company accounting-related issues;
• Sarbanes-Oxley implementation team member since 2003. Tested internal controls and performed follow-up.
• Business process evaluation & improvement to reduce risks, cut non added values transaction and meet internal control requirements:
• Improve European customer invoicing flow by decreasing VAT European exposure risk.
• Prepare global sales forecast, monthly sales accrual and reconciliation. ($600 million Sales). Responsible for the group revenue recognition.
