Managed a 2 year long flight test program in collaboration with the Test Flight Academy of South Africa to certify the BushCat aircraft for overseas markets, developed improved aircraft telemetry systems and their associated programs to process, analyse and display flight test data.

Assisted a local light aircraft manufacturing company on behalf of the aeronautical engineering department of wits with a small group of my peers.Duties included assessing certification requirements of an existing aircraft design and suggesting modification to be made in order for the aircraft to comply with European (EASA) requirements.It also included, a feasibility study of converting the current low wing design into a high wing variant, market analyses, basic structural calculations and layout suggestions, along with an initial performance and stability estimation of the new aircraft was put forward to the company.
