• Intake claims (i.e. personal leave of absence, medical leave, maternity/paternity leave, workerscompensation, sick leave)• Direct calls to appropriate escalation path as needed• Researching information via client database to educate caller on policies and company benefits• Provide detailed notes and supporting claim documentation during phone calls• Perform administrative tasks• Recording tardies and requesting time off hours according to the client’s company policies• Requests return to work orders for employees• Track and code documentation according to standard processes• Educate and inform callers about processes, timelines and status of inquiries via multiplecommunication channels• Assist with developing preventative actions

• Creating reservations in network applications for vehicle rentals• Data entry of insurance related vehicle reservations• Maintaining outstanding call handle time• Locating rental branch nearest to the customer (using map or reservation software) for availability andspecific class of vehicle• Booking reservations for all three subsidiaries of Enterprise Holdings Inc. (Enterprise, National, Alamo)using appropriate script for each company on call by call basis• Driving sells capture in an upright direction• Maintaining trust of customer while walking through booking and reserving• Promoting additional add-on sales• Overcoming objectives• Dispositioning calls with proper codes and transferring accordingly• Soliciting survey at end of calls

• Entering verbal prescriptions via voicemail/phone call from doctor’s offices• Filing and dispensing prescriptions as needed in an effective and timely manner• Ringing out customers and performing cash register duties as it applies to prescriptions and over thecounter items• Handle phone calls from patients to refill prescriptions• Assisting with prior authorization and speaking with insurance companies in regards to authorizations• Accurately typing and data entry of prescription medication with/without doctor notations• Assisting the pharmacist in the performance of Pharmacy Department duties in accordance withCompany policies and procedures• Resolve customer issues and answer questions ensuring positive experience• Taking customers to the over the counter aisle when possible to assist in locating products
