I worked for the last 5 years at an OBGYN office for Mount Sinai, I started as a front desk, checking patients in, providing referrals and scheduling follow up treatment. I was promoted to completing FMLA forms, disability forms, medical letters and provided medical records. Afterwards, I helped and was back-up for their Surgical Coordinator, which was scheduling/booking all c-sections, inductions and all gyn related procedures. I have previously worked in retail, customer service call centers (fixing terminals-credit card machines), surveys for banks (BOA-Wellsfargo,etc), scheduling appointments for all of Mount Sinai via Tunstall.I am a hard worker, hands on fast learner, I have trained others, multi-task, I work great in teams and alone as well and I speak fluent Spanish.I am currently able to work full-time and weekends, preferably from home.
