Working as a Talent Development Specialist in the Blue Valley Schools in Overland Park, Kansas, was my major career choice. I worked with students Grades K-12. Upon retirement, I created The Encouragement Center, and my purpose was to help individuals and businesses assess their strengths and talents in order to upgrade their lives. Sounds like the same job, doesn't it? Same skills, different clientele.Next, I started a new business, Dr. DeClutter, "Bringing Order to People's Lives", whether it be in their home, home office, or at their business. Believe it or not, it's also a similar job. I didn't realize how much i would like it. I also didn't know how much of an impact it would have on a person's life to get their possessions organized and how much "joi de vivre" they would feel.As A Well-Written Woman, I am concentrating on writing books, free-lance writing, editing, and speaking. My first book, Mother as Emotional Coach: 8 Principles for Raising a Well-Adjusted Child, is in press and will be published in the Fall of 2013 and I will be available for talks beginning November 2013.
