My name is Stephany, and I am currently searching for a remote position. I am very personable with an extended vocabulary. I have been handling money most of my life due to my mother being an accountant, and also taking an accounting class in high school and college. Most of my serving jobs as well as all of my bartending jobs I either had my own bank or ran a register. Being a bartender and server for many years has trained me to be able to multitask in high stress situations while still being pleasant. The service industry has also taught me how to pay attention to detail, solve unpleasant issues on the spot while still being understanding of the customers needs. Before I worked at The Upstairs, I did run a business for 5 years which included inventory, scheduling, and payroll. My yoga studio ran on square so I have a basic idea of how it works. Teaching yoga has taught me how to stay calm in a high stress environment, how to genuinely read people, and having to change routines in the middle of the session to accommodate my client’s needs. I know that I can do the job advertised. However, if I come into the job not knowing some things, I am confident in the fact that I can learn the duties required.
