Part of the transition team for Collections North America to the Monterrey Business Center.Responsible for collections portfolio for Boston Area including; collections, account reconciliation, payment agreements, etc.

Collections analyst for Building Solution division with Mexico portfolio. Activities included;-Collection of Past Due invoices-Payment reconciliations-Monthly Collections Forecast-Bad Debt Reserve/AR Penalty calculation, including submission of the journal entry.

HGFM gives Food service for Corean Companies.Principal activities:> Administration of the financial information, including banking information, income and expenses, accounts payable, accounts receivables and others.> Direct contact with suppliers for receiving fiscal invoice within our internal period.> Coordinate the payments to suppliers.> Provide financial information to leadership in order to make reports for headquarters and clients.> Provide information in order to create Financial statements.> Responsible for keeping control of sales for indirect clients, dealing directly with clients to carry out the process of buying food coupons and get fiscal invoice.
