As the founder of my own consultancy, I specialize in helping founders build products and technology solutions from the ground up. I joined Aikon during a pivotal time when the company was consolidating its legacy product while simultaneously pivoting toward a new strategy in search of product-market fit. My role was to support the ongoing roadmap of the legacy product, ensuring stability and continuity, while also navigating the shift to the new direction. Leading a globally distributed engineering team across the US, Brazil, Western Europe, and India, I balanced the demands of both products, serving as the key liaison between engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and the C-suite.

When I joined this high-revenue fintech spin-off, I was entrusted with the challenge of managing the company’s most critical products—payment processing, credit, and collections systems—responsible for handling $7B in direct sales within a $25B annual revenue organization. My role was to transform chaos into structure, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from vision and strategy to execution.

I was invited to establish and lead the company’s first Enterprise Architecture department, supporting technological growth and driving digital transformation across an 11,000-employee organization with diverse business areas in health, education, and philanthropy. I guided five business units to align on tooling, development, and security standards, ensuring GDPR compliance while fostering innovation. I spearheaded a two-year initiative to consolidate fragmented systems into a unified, GDPR-compliant data lake, enhancing data reliability and enabling advanced analytics. As the liaison among business areas, I coordinated a single, cohesive roadmap, managed RFPs, implemented Application Portfolio Management (APM), and delivered technology-driven solutions to empower growth and operational efficiency.

I conducted Ph.D.-level research aimed at advancing the field of fog computing, a critical yet underexplored area for smart cities. My focus was on developing quality of service and data protection strategies for IoT devices within fog/cloud environments.

I joined Telefónica during their merger with Global Village Telecom, where I led high-stakes digital transformation projects, managing budgets up to R$70M to ensure smooth integration. I was responsible for aligning business objectives with technical solutions, delivering scalable, innovative outcomes that supported post-merger synergy and growth. My efforts optimized business processes by reducing friction and implementing strategic tools, which streamlined operations and supported long-term goals.I also fostered a culture of innovation within the company, hosting tech talks that shared knowledge and inspired cross-team collaboration.

When I joined Vetorlog, I was tasked with modernizing legacy systems that were holding back scalability and performance. I designed and implemented data solutions that supported operations across energy, hydrology, and wind power plants. One of my proudest achievements was improving data retrieval times by 50%, which unlocked real-time analytics and helped optimize plant operations for better sustainability and efficiency.
