I also collaborate with other departments to resolve any billing issues or disputes.I have more than 18 years of experience in medical billing, and I am proficient in various software and platforms, such as Microsoft Office, Cerner Registration and Revenue Cycle, Clearwave, Thrive, and TruBridge RCM. I am also very familiar with a wide range of insurance websites for reviewing benefits and claims information. I have exceptional communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills, and I am always eager to learn and improve my knowledge and abilities. My goal is to provide the best possible billing service to the patients and the providers, and to contribute to the success and growth of the healthcare industry.
