As a Branch Manger you are expected to meet and exceed financial targets. Additionally, you are responsible for selecting, training and developing the branch staff and for monitoring perfomance to achieve business results. The Branch Manager leads the staff in business development, service delivery, customer and employee retention, recruiting, and expense management.
