Focused strategic and operational goals for growth and ongoing operations of clinical programs managing a budget of $45MM. Chaired the Utilization Management Committee and member of the QI Committee that met all Performance Guarantees and incurred no performance penalties. Directed clinical oversight and operation of Regional Service Center department of 41 FTEs. Launched proposal creating a Patient Centered Primary Care Medical Home (PCMH) and other specialty initiatives designed to improve client outcomes. In first year of operation the PCMH generated revenue of $5MM and provided behavioral health integration with Primary Care Physicians for 1.1million members. Monitored compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards including successful reaccreditations by URAC and NCQA.  Participated in planning and implementation of Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial business including representatives of government, consumers and providers. Initiated the review of policies and procedures for new programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting entities. Formulated and delivered training on specialty programs.
