Led the development of three high-rise mixed-use projects in Mexico City. • Up Santa Fe, multi-family residential & office, 36-story building, 30,000 m2 bldg. area • Work Santa Fe, retail & office, 33-story building, 65,000 m2 bldg. area • Puerta Pedregal, retail, office & multi-family residential, 56-story building, 85,000 bldg. area• Responsible for project´s P&L, including financial investment analysis, Pro-forma modeling and monitoring, project planning and execution, opportunistic investment strategies, and public participation. • Managed and led the Development Execution Team to coordinate work with other departments (legal, permits, architecture, accounting, sales) that provided services for the project´s execution.

Responsible for the project´s conceptualization, planning, team management, and execution of two high-end residential projects in Mexico City.• Basalto, Phase 4, multi-family residential building, 24-story building• Las Flores, multi-family residential building, 33-story building• Provided ongoing coordination across the project development team including architects, financial consultants, general contractors, attorneys. • Reviewed sites for potential projects, prepared feasibility analysis and risk reviews, coordinated project funding applications, and prepared financial documents needed for project funding.

Collaborated in the conceptualization, planning, and execution of the BBVA Bancomer Operations Center in Mexico City. As part of the design team, I led the interior design and coordination of the amenity spaces within the tower. The 30-story office building accommodates 4,500 employees, 150,000 sq. meters of building area, and is a Certified LEED Gold Core & Shell.

Winner of 2013 Building Brooklyn Awards and 2012 LEED Gold certification.Collaborated in the Master Plan and Conceptual Design of the Ponce City Market in Atlanta, Georgia.
