More than an organization, Inside Circle is a healing community based on respect for the humanity of each member. Using the power of human connection found in peer-guided healing circles, we transform lives, positively impacting each system we touch by reducing violence inside and outside adult and juvenile prisons, lowering recidivism rates, and building social-emotional literacy. Operating regularly within and around California State Prison, Sacramento (New Folsom), Sierra Conservation Center, and New Jersey's Juvenile Medium Security Facility, we've ignited and run programs in an array of adult and juvenile detention centers and community settings across the United States. We don't heal the system-impacted, we create space for them to heal themselves and lead change within the communities they know best.

Mission: To prevent child abuse, neglect and abandonment.The Child Abuse Prevention Center is a state, national and international service, training, research and resources center dedicated to protecting children and building healthy families.The Child Abuse Prevention Center, known as the CAP Center, has a 30 year history of preventing child abuse, neglect and abandonment through three core strategies: Safety, Education and Advocacy. Located in Sacramento, California, the Child Abuse Prevention Center is home to three unique agencies. Governed by a single board of directors, each organization takes a different but complementary approach to prevent child abuse. Agencies at the CAP Center include the Child Abuse Prevention Council of Sacramento, Lift the Children and Prevent Child Abuse California. The CAP Center also proudly serves as the lead agency for Safe Kids California.

BYLP was established in 1999 as a non-profit and non-partisan educational organization dedicated to developing California's next generation of public policy leaders.​Since its inception, BYLP has served over 2,700 students and has helped make the Capitol and its Black staff more accessible to our youth and community. BYLP's original programs are designed to encourage Black students to become civically engaged by learning about California's legislative process and developing communications skills through speech and debate. In addition, our programs will provide new opportunities for our youth participants to develop organizational skills, enhance reading comprehension/competency, magnify cultural awareness & identity, explore new career paths and engage their peers and communities in productive conversations.​ALL of our programs are FREE, created, developed and run 100% by volunteers.
