As one of Airbnb’s ten original employees, she produced the company’s first iPhone app. Since then, her work has earned praise from the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Businessweek and Wired, which called her “quietly the most influential designer in Silicon Valley.” Before arriving in San Francisco at the invitation of Airbnb co-founder Joe Gebbia, Steph honed her skills in several top design firms in her native British Columbia, such as MetaLab, Industrial Brand and Suburbia Studios, where she worked on projects for Apple, Disney, Harvard University, and others.Overseeing TM’s team of designers, Steph ensures that every TM project ships with pixel perfect visual designs that are simple, beautiful, and well-balanced.
