CurrentThis company specializes in IT communications across Europe and the UK (Colt). A new department had been set up to help the field operation staff work smarter, and my tasks included:• Dispatching work to the engineers in the UK and Europe, ensuring tasks are dispatched to the correct field operational region within a timely manner.• Ensuring I collected feedback from the field engineers as to how the task went, and if there were any issues to be reported.• Producing a monthly report to the Field Operations Manager.• Speaking with engineers on Microsoft Teams when they had queries with their task / IT system issues.• Responsible for a centralized email inbox, responding promptly to emails from third party providers, customer service and general queries from other departments within the company.• Responsible for ensuring that returned materials went back to our allocated warehouses, inputting all the products id numbers, weight / package size and collection address, and providing returned labels, so that I could organize with DHL the collection.• Running a daily morning meeting to the team, on Teams as to what work needed to be done in that day / address any issues / problems.• Responsible for 2 members of staff.
