Service Plan AdministratorIt was decided by the company that Norwich would close down and all facilities would be run from head office in Winsford, my Manager asked me to go down to Norwich office and learn about the Care Free Service we offered with all windows/doors, this was called RRSA and generates a lot of profit for the company every month, as customers paid an annual fee for the service plan. The job entailed following strict deadlines along the month, where certain activities happened, such as sending out 800 letters every month, setting up direct debits for the new customers, ensuring the BACS was sent to banking on the correct date each month, dealing with RRSA enquiries, inputting bank mandates onto the system, processing BACS cancellations from banking.The RRSA for North and South generated approx. £300,000 per month, so it was essential I looked after this project.Payroll SupervisorWhilst learning / looking after RRSA, I also run payrolls for North Sales which involves processing wages for the sales people in the North.
