From founding an award winning beauty e-commerce retailer, to managing marketing teams for international brands, through to developing products and brand concepts for luxury spa and hotels, my experience is varied and driven by my passion for our industry and a desire to continuously upskill and immerse myself in the future of spa, wellness and retail. At present my work is focused on helping luxury hospitality and spa clients realise the potential of an immersive omni-channel retail strategy and the power it has to transform their business.
