I have more than 20 years of experience in animation production, with the last 5 years spent in a leadership role. As the Lighting Lead for Sony Pictures Imageworks, I actively participated in production meetings, gaining valuable insights into production planning and its intricate details. I am accustomed to tight production deadlines, have an eye for detail, and am adaptable to ever-changing technology. During my time as a team leader, I have learned to lead many artists, as well as manage my own artistic work while providing technical and creative guidance to my team. This was a very rewarding role as I had the opportunity to create and organize workflows which helped guide the success of the team as well as the overall production.In my off-hours, I have organized small-scale events such as stage shows, workshops, and lectures. As a producer and art director for many dance and theater companies over the years, I have experience in managing budgets, deadlines, vendors, and artists. My ability to keep track of multiple projects and handle various aspects of each project has contributed to the success of each show, including selling out the very popular Crossroads Cabaret & Vaudeville in Maple Ridge, BC.I am now ready to utilize my experience in the film industry to pursue my passion for creative and event production.
