Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality is recognized as one of Canada's leading hospitality companies, operating a portfolio of unique and innovative restaurants and event venues.In this role, I supported President & CEO Andrew Oliver (Top 40 under 40, YPO member) in addition to Co-Founder Chef Michael Bonacini (MasterChef Canada, Bonacini’s Italy, Marilyn Denis Show) and other members of the leadership team as needed. During my time with O&B, I assisted with the opening of over 20 new restaurants and venues across Canada. Pivoting during COVID-19, I adjusted priorities and focus, supporting crucial industry initiatives.

The voice of food service in Canada, Restaurants Canada is a national association serving the unique needs of the foodservice industry.In this role, I supported the President & CEO, as well as various members of the leadership team. I also assisted in the management of a national, 30-member board of directors, with representation in the foodservice industry across Canada.

Canadian Not-for Profit committed to finding a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.In this role, I was responsible for the planning and execution of CFC's largest annual fundraising event, raising over $650,000, with over 2,500 participants at the Toronto Zoo. I acquired over $40,000 in sponsorship and donations, developed and managed marketing strategies and managed a team of volunteers.

In this role, I was responsible for various market segments, selling and negotiating group sales and events while building strong relationships and finding new sources of business. This property was previously the Renaissance Downtown Toronto Hotel.
