Interact with customers, fabrication and vender to design and produce what the customer wants and needs. Have designed many different types of steel structures and the components used on them, from utility structures, communication structures and most recently DAS and small cell structures/components. I am the lead of a small talented group that works fevourishly to satisfy and help our customers help their customers.

Microflect was purchased by Valmont Incorporated a company in Valley Nebraska. They needed a good brand to put on a line of towers they had devoloped. And chose the best. We continued to do what we did and took over Valmonts tower line and Communication pole line to Salem Oregon. I was the lead in transferring the design and drafting from Valley to Salem. Spent one winter in Nebraska, that was very interesting, I learned a lot but it made me appreciate Oregon a whole lot more.

Worked as a designer, designing towers and there components. Interacted with customers and fabrication. Did a little travel doing tower inspections for towers that may have needed updated or modified.

Worked for a consultant. We designed heating and cooling systems with control systems to help in energy conservation. We did energy audits to help come up with energy conservation systems
