• Prepare Monthly Executive Summary for CEO to keep him in track with the business.• Review annual budget that proposed by Business Units before get approval from CEO and investor.• Review Business Units’ monthly management reporting package.• Analyze monthly Business Units’ result and compare with budget to keep track their monthly performance.• Identify any issue in the business activities and suggest alternative solutions.• Weekly review Business Units’ 8 weeks cash-flow rolling forecast.• Review Business Units’ balance sheet fluctuation.• Review monthly update of Business Units’ tax position.• Prepare other ad-hoc reports (i.e. monthly trend of PR/PO issuance on spareparts, tire, lube, repair, etc, trend of long outstanding advance, AP, etc).• Become partner/advisor for the Business Unit Head.

Job description:• Directly review the annual financial statements for the allocated active Companies within the group (55 Companies) and monitor the completion of the statutory reports for the other + 60 Companies.• Liaison with external auditors during the course of their annual audit.• Review the preparation and the calculation of disclosed numbers and notes in the audited financial statements, especially the calculation which related to IFRS.• Review the calculation of Corporate Income Tax before submitted the number to external auditors.• Liaison with the external actuary and HR Department for post-employment benefits calculation.• Query resolution and ad-hoc investigations/analysis as and when required by the Board of Management.• Suggest improvements and develop best practices within Accounting, Finance and Tax to the Board of Management to improve the cost-effectiveness and efficiency.• Act as a consultant for all accounting division within the Group, when they need consultancy in regards of the accounting matter.• Take part as due diligence team, for reviewing tax and financial statement for the targeted company.Achievement:• Top three during the MDP Program which held by MDI Tack in 2015.• Completed 55 companies’ statutory report in financial year in timely manner and monitor the completion for the other 60 companies. • Formulate “Financial Controller’s Task Checklist” as guidance for all Financial Controller within the Group to review the monthly financial statements before submitted to Management during their monthly closing process.

• Managing the audit projects from planning activities until completion, including: - Prepare the audit budget and staff arrangement. - Understanding of the clients’ business and clients’ key financial processes and key controls on each process.  - Develop the audit planning and determine the audit procedures to be performed. - Coordinate, monitor and supervise the audit projects to ensure the audit quality and meet the targeted deadline. - Review clients’ financial report which prepared in accordance with the Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards and/ or IFRS.  - Inform and discuss clients’ significant internal control weaknesses for clients’ intention and provide recommendation to address the weaknesses. - Applies up to date accounting knowledge and propose practical solutions for clients’ issue.
