• Responsible for screening and full cycle recruiting of highly qualified students for the Accelerated Training in Defense Manufacturing (ATDM) program.• Develop and foster relationships with referral sources, including military installations and transitioning military programs.• Utilize social Media Platforms to generate a digital footprint to engage with target market audience to develop a extensive talent pool of candidates• Responsible for serving as a liaison between the program and current and prospective students to develop a extensive talent pool of candidates• Work independently, as well as work effectively in a team-oriented environment, managing multiple timelines, developing and nurturing key partnerships, and• Communicate with multiple stakeholders within an organization, and must possess a background in military recruitment, preferably within the Navy.• Work closely with the Recruitment and Onboarding Support Specialist to identify student support needs and communicate job opportunities to potential candidates.

• Install, operate, maintain, and supervise advanced transmissions operations; develop site plans for Line of Site (LOS), Troposcatter, and Satellite Communications Systems, coordinates the development of the Communications Electronic Operating Instruction (CEOI). • Responsible for training, security measures, employment of Transmission Equipment, Systems Integration with networks for all elements of transmission, data communications, wireless architecture, and cybersecurity. • Thoroughly familiar with frequency management, spectrum requirements, programming and planning tools, maintenance procedures, budgeting, and administration processes.

• Operated and maintained multi-frequency and Satellite communications assets to ensure constant communications to all units during training and operations.• Trained new members on the utilization and employment of various communications equipment.• Successfully managed unit to ensure timely completion of tasks and ability to communicate with other units to accomplish assigned mission.• Responsible for providing clear and accurate updates of significant events to Commanding Officer.• Performed maintenance and troubleshooting procedures on various communications assets to ensure successful communication between multiple units.
