Mr. Mason has over 18 years experience in the construction management industry. His experience includes management of large construction projects, project management/administration, cost, scope, and schedule control, preparation of proposals, estimating bid quantities, development of quality control testing programs, review of plans and specifications, preparation of project status reports, site inspections, supervision of quality control testing, implementation of OSHA safety programs, and design of pavement materials. Mr. Mason is particularly knowledgeable in the areas of construction planning/scheduling, cost control, scope evaluation and Total Quality Management (TQM). At MAS-TEK, Mr. Mason reviews all testing reports, and supervises all testing and inspection projects. He has worked on a variety of projects including DART, the Cotton Bowl Stadium, the City of Dallas Central Wastewater Treatment Plant, and the new F.A.A. Administration Building. His experience also includes the supervision of quality control for the construction of several multi-story office buildings in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. A selection of typical projects includes the Central Wastewater Treatment Plant (City of Dallas), Tandy Warehouse, Dallas Spring Corp. Warehouse, Trinity Broadcasting Complex (Trinity Church), Camelot Landfill (City of Farmers Branch)., and Elm Fork Water Project (Dallas Water Utilities).
