I have extensive experience as Business Analysts and Technical Requirements gathering. I have also been a development team lead, a BA lead and an architecture team lead. I have met with and advised executives for large and small customers. Given presentations to large numbers of viewers. Worked on projects that deployed HR ERP to over 150 countries and 300,000+ employees.
