Worked on a small team of 2 acquiring contract work for mostly Wordpress based projects. Responsible for all of the backend coding, database management, workflow development, systems administration, as well as writing proposals, estimating project requirements and costs, and communicating with the clients throughout the contracts. Also maintained a smaller role in page/template design for some of the projects.● All sites designed and implemented responsive design for all screen sizes.● Sole maintainer of Git repositories for all projects.● Implemented Gruntjs for workflow automation (including compiling sass, jslinting, and concatenation/minifying)● Created a subscription based social site for the Brewster Kaleidoscope Society that currently has around 140 members.● All Wordpress themes were written from scratch (or using a barebones boilerplate theme such as underscores)

Update old user interface design with modern HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Built pdf output applications and user based file upload handling. Wrote code mainly in Perl with some PHP. Communicate with System Admin or take care of the server administration if necessary. Manage a database that handles ~10,000 users a day.
