Stephen A. Sheller is the founding partner of Sheller, P.C., one of the leading plaintiff's personal injury, class action and whistleblower/qui tam law firms in the United States. Attorney Sheller’s recent verdicts and successes have earned hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of his individual clients and in class actions. Throughout his career, Mr. Sheller has pursued justice for those harmed by the negligence or intentional acts of corporations. His recent address for the annual Ross Memorial Lecture in Litigation at Temple University School of Law highlighted a few of the key cases in his career, including representing Black Panthers in civil rights cases in the 1960’s, labor union strikes, environmental protection litigation and his initiative to bring “butterfly ballot” litigation based on citizens’ voting rights in Florida that led to Bush v. Gore in the 2000 U.S. Presidential Election.  Mr. Sheller also shared his experience prevailing in whistleblower qui tam matters, including the largest settlement in Pennsylvania and the third largest False Claims Act Case in the United States.Recognized for his innovative legal strategies, Mr. Sheller is the recipient of numerous awards and honors.
