CurrentI arrive at a prospects home with the focus on making a friend, I look around the home making mental notes that will help me further bond with them. I then ask a few questions about their concerns with their current HVAC system. I listen closely to their answers and what their looking for and what they would like to improve. (Heating, Cooling, Air Flow Balance, Efficiency, etc.) I then do a thorough examination of their system performance. Give my recommendations on improvements, I give them options on the easiest ways to make it happen.
